Dave Cripps

Dave grew up just outside of Ingersoll in rural Oxford County. Dave lives in Ingersoll with his wife of 20 years, Cathy. Together they have 4 boys. In 2017 Cathy and Dave purchased the assets of All Celebrations a private decorator sole proprietorship.
In the summer of 2015 Dave, surrounded by an exceptional team at PlayRight Playgrounds and his family, completed a three-year project by leading a volunteer installation of a $400,000 fully accessible playground in the community of Ingersoll, Ontario. Over 200 volunteers came together with several vendors and multiple donors to fulfill a community driven vision. This was Dave’s fifth such project and a catalyst for the rejuvenation and upgrading of accessible playgrounds in South Western Ontario.
In 2017 Dave was awarded Ingersolls Citizen of the Year by the local Chamber of Commerce.
Cathy grew up in Ingersoll Ontario and resides in Ingersoll today. Cathy is an entrepreneur with a flare for the creative. Cathy’s passion for great client experience started with her role as a realtor and combined with her design skills lead her to decor consulting and event management. Cathy was a director with PlayRight Playgrounds Ingersoll and managed multiple fundraising and community events. She is an avid creator, using her CNC laser to create beautifully crafted custom pieces of work. Cathy also volunteered her time for with Scouts Canada and has been involved in coordinating prom events with the local schools.

Dawson is All Celebrations Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator. In 2022, while attending IDCI Dawson joined the All Celebrations team. Dawson’s excellent customer service skills and care and attention to detail quickly entrenched him as a valuable member of the team.
Clients will often meet Dawson when their items are being delivered. Occasionally, clients may have the opportunity to see Dawson perform his rendition of “the worm” if they happened to rent a dance floor.
Dawson plans on pursiung a business diploma in the near future. In his spare time Dawson enjoys fishing, caring for animals and exploring new places.
