Congrats on your upcoming event! Let’s get started on getting you a quote and order on Allcelebrations.ca for your rental items to help make your event fantastic. At anytime you can email or call us and we will be happy to help guide you through the process.
Once we have received your booking payment 50%, your event will be booked. You may call anytime for modification. Please refer to the contract for our cancellation terms, generally the initial payment is your reservation fee. This is not refundable.
Based on your contract you will receive notification when the second part of your payment is due. If this is not received 7 days prior to your event, we can not guarantee delivery or rental availability and reserve the right to substitute items.
